Comments on the visit(s) to Oncativo The Dukes visited Oncativo twice. The first time, on Sunday 18th, was when they did their mini-show at the National Festival of Salami and with an audience of around two thousand... Of course they also tasted the local product! They were received by the city mayor and other authorities of Oncativo. Then on to lunch, mini-show. After that, the Dukes visited the Victoria Theater to taste the excellent acoustics of the hall. Immediately after that, on to Marcos Juarez for their next stay. The second visit to Oncativo was on Friday 21st. They were received at the local daycare center - specially decorated for the occasion. The Dukes recovered their childhood, and played on the center's playground. When finally tired of the swings, see saw and other toys, all went to lunch at the center. When it was time for the show, the Victoria was filled at capacity with children from the different schools of Oncativo. Neither the children, nor the communal authorities could resist following the dance steps of the Dukes on the stage. On an almost summer day, the Dukes presented a spectavle de almost an hour, after having followed and enjoyed the presentation of the two local choirs. After that, refreshments to fight the heat, and tea with lemon and honey, to recuperate the voices.
