The last stop of the Barbershop Boys Choir Tour Argentina 2004 was Buenos Aires at the Cesar Park Hotel where the South African Embassy was presenting a Festival for the 'Ten Years of Freedom'. The choir from St. Alban's College was especially invited for the occasion and performed five times during their stay there.

Soon after arrival they were distributed to their rooms and got ready to go for lunch. The invitation was made by Thando Nyawose, Political Attache of the South African Embassy in Argentina. They went to the first class restaurant 'Lolas' where they had a great time. After lunch, some of them went for shopping in the Recoleta area and shopping malls while others went to swim at the hotel. Finally, that night, after dinner in Posta Vecchia, they performed for the first time during the festival.

The following day they did a city tour visiting the most important places of the capital of the country. They visited the Pink House (where the President stays), the Congress, Colon Theatre, Caminito street, Soccer stadium and finished in 'Tango del 900' where they attended to a tango show. The afternoon was dedicated to rest at the hotel and at night they went out for some pizza with the invitation of Laura Wilson, assistant to Mr. Nyawose. That evening, once again they performed for the audience present at the South African Festival.

The last day in Argentina started with breakfast at the hotel and the last performance before going back to their home country. It was a very emotional event closure and everyone shed a tear while singing the last chorus. The Hotel's Manager, - amazed by the performances of the choir; - invited then for their last meal in Argentina to wish them a happy farewell from Argentina.

After lunch and collecting their luggage from the rooms, they left to the Ezeiza International Airport. It was hard to say goodbye, but it was a wonderful experience to have Mark, Elma and the Barbershop Boys here.
