After a day of traveling, the group arrived to Hernando, where the
municipal authorities and host families were waiting for the students.
But before going to their new temporary homes they had a welcome
reception with the local authorities.
The next day, they visited the Ojo de Agua farm where they had a
wonderful day. On arrival they were invited with some salami and later
they drove around the farm where they saw the different activities and
production areas on the farm. For lunch they had a traditional Argentine
'asado' and some ice-creamdessert.. Later on, high school students from
the town visited them and they had a lot of fun dancing and talking
together.
That night, once again it was time for a new performance. The church of
Hernando was full and there were no seats left. The show was excellent
and the audience very much enjoyed it. Once the show was over the choir
and residents had dinner together with the local choir and exchanged
feelings and thoughts.
The following day they had a free morming to enjoy some quality time
with the host families, and after lunch they went to perform in Ucacha.
They returned late for a last night in Hernando.
The departure from Hernando was in the morning, and once again it was
hard to say goodbye.
