The trip to Argentina

Early morning on Sunday the 10th of April 2005, a group of 38 high school students and six staff members of St. Mary's DSG met at Johannesburg International Airport to begin their tour Argentina TCEF 2005.

One by one they arrived to the airport with their families and went through the check-in process. Once everyone was there, a last count took place and a "pre departure" group photo was taken.

And the experience began...

Nine hours later, via a short stop in Cape Town, they arrived at the International Airport of Ezeiza, Buenos Aires, Argentina. It was only four o'clock in the afternoon, because South Africa is five hours ahead.

There, TCEF’s President & Vice President, Duncan & Susan Chase; and TCEF's staff were waiting for them.

As soon as everyone was out of the luggage area, a group photo on South American soil was taken, and then off they went to the bus and to their first stop on tour, to the city of Pergamino.
