The plane arrived on time and we set foot in the city that never sleeps,
the Paris of South America, Buenos Aires!
The visit to the grave of Eva Perón, the flea market, the 6 million
dollar flower next to the School of Law of Buenos Aires, all were new
for us. Of course, important people arrive for important Argentinean
soccer games. Boca Juniors was playing so we couldn't go to La Boca on
Sunday, but we did NOT miss it; we went on Monday before going to the
most amazing amusement Park, Parque de la Costa.
Never mind how tired we were, every free minute we had, we walked the
30 meters that separates our hotel from Florida and Córdoba Streets to
go shopping and enjoy the vibrant City of Buenos Aires.
The freedom that we felt was a super sensation. Everybody smiled
and talked and talked and talked.
Tuesday was the game with Quilmes High School in the most
outstanding surroundings of the widest river of the world, The River
Plate.
Results again were in favor of the girls and not that good for the
boys, but all were very friendly and hospitable.
Piazzolla Tango was the end of the tour and made us WoooW. We enjoyed
the dinner and walk at night.
But everything that begins must end as well. However, our memories
will never die. Our hearts are with you ARGENTINA!
